AT&T Luanched Coming Soon Page For Nokia Lumia 900

When Nokia announced the first Windows Phone smarthone that should support LTE network, everyone started talking about the great chance, which should help the manufacturer to get back its lost authority and popularity. That smartphone was the Nokia Lumia 900, which has been expected to be released in the US via AT&T on March 18 at a price tag of $99.99 on contract. However, this date came and went, but we didn’t see the promised phone. Afterwards the release date was pushed to April 8, and though neither Nokia nor AT&T have confirmed it, the new Coming Soon status of the Nokia Lumia 900 on AT&T’s web page hints the launch date is closer than we can imagine.

The carrier doesn’t mention any exact launch date or pricing, but the specs list we are already familiar with. As you remember it includes a 4.3-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen powered by Gorilla Glass 2 and Clear Black Display, a 1.4GHz single-core processor, which is enough to provide smooth performance according to Stephen Elop, 512MB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, an 8MP rear camera with Carl Zeiss optics and dual-LED flash, a 1.3MP front-facing camera for video chat, and Windows Phone 7.5 Mango with an opportunity to be upgraded to Refresh.

The Nokia Lumia 900 is a very important phone for the company and it must prepare everything in details to avoid any kind of troubles. Most likely, this is the main reason why the phone announced at CES has not been launched yet.
